In order to give back to the open source community, Burton Computer Corporation now distributes some of its formerly proprietary software as Open Source using the Q Public License as defined by Trolltech.
The license is intended to allow others to share and distribute the software in source and binary forms and also to modify the software as desired to adapt it to their needs. However any software based on or including the source code from this software must also be distributed in source code form for no additional charge.
